1. Management is committed to achieve the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) with zero accident and prevent occupational illness as the target
2. Assessment, correction, and sustainable improvement of management and health and safety performance
3. Require each employees report all accident, near miss, hazards and responsible for working safely which complying with company safety regulations and Indonesian Law concerning HSE matters
4. Carry out regular inspections to identify and reduce potential hazards, conduct internal audit as of schedule and follow up the result for accident prevention as early as possible
5. Develop HSE training for all employees
6. Develop emergency plans and procedures to responds efficiently to incident
7. Communicate health and safety to increase awareness for employees and related parties
